Calm: Botanical Facial Steam | Lavender, Chamomile, Nettle

A combination of botanicals and oils to soothe and calm.

Place a tablespoon of the blend in a bowl of hot water and put a damp towel over your head and place your face above the bowl. Breathe deeply and follow with a face oil or moisturiser.
