Air Plants Tillandsia In Milk Bottle - Large

£11.99

Only 2 left in stock

The official name for Air Plants is Tillandsia, a member of the Bromelia family. The name Airplants actually gives it away a bit… they live off the air and don’t need soil! The plants get their nutrients from the humidity in the air and that’s why they are also called Epiphytes, just like an Orchid. Tillandsias are grown in Central and South America. It is forbidden to take Tillandsias out of nature yourself! The aerial plants are exported to the Netherlands, where their growing process is continued in the Queen Airplants nursery.

Care tips:

Air plants in a cork glass do not need water as long as the bottle remains tight. If you still want to water the plant it is important to let it dry completely before putting it back in the bottle.

Place your air plants in indirect sunlight.

Protect your air plants from sub-zero temperatures
